How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of accepting your order; therefore your item(s) will be delivered within 5-7 working days of accepting your order (unless stated otherwise within the listing). We regret that occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if stock runs out or is withdrawn for any reason. If there is any problem occurring, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.

How will I receive my order?

All our deliveries MUST be signed for.

Please note: in the main our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery or where you should go to collect it.

Can I send a product to a different address?

To do this, simply enter a delivery address in addition to your invoice address. The invoice is marked with your invoice address and the goods ae sent to you chosen delivery address.

In which countries are the products delivered?

Unless otherwise stated products and services on this website are available only to residents of the UK (excludes Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, British Sovereign Bases Cyprus, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
