Cannot be installed in vehicles with Driving Assistant (SA 5AT or SA 5AU). The heating function is not available when installed with steering wheel heating (option 248). Decoding is not necessary. The cover with the switch for the steering wheel heating can be used, but the switch remains without function. Alternatively, a new cover can be ordered without a cut-out for the steering wheel heating switch. For the M Performance steering wheel, no addendums to the vehicle documents or an operating license to be carried are required. The approval for the corresponding vehicles is regulated within the overall EC approval.
