Designed to minimise time spent in potentially hazardous roadside situations, the Tyre Repair Kit Plus can complete the inflation and sealing process in approximately 15–20 seconds. Simply connect the hose to the tyre valve, securely position the unit using its magnetic mounting system and activate the kit. Air and sealant are then automatically delivered into the tyre.

Once sufficient pressure has been achieved, you can continue your journey towards the nearest suitable tyre repair facility.

Important Information & Safety Guidance

Following a puncture, the Tyre Repair Kit Plus may allow you to continue driving to the nearest suitable tyre repair or replacement facility, subject to the following limitations:

• Suitable for tyre damage up to 4 mm in diameter.

• Maximum permitted speed: 80 km/h (50 mph).

• Maximum permitted distance: 200 km (125 miles).

• In over 90% of tyre damage cases, continued mobility may be possible when used within the specified conditions.

The tyre pressure may increase to a maximum of 2.0 bar. The tyre pressure monitoring system (RDC) warning and associated alerts will remain active.

Please note:

• Not suitable for BMW M models or Rolls-Royce vehicles.

• Compatibility and approval requirements must be checked for the individual vehicle derivative and wheel styling.

• The battery is supplied partially discharged and must be fully charged before first use or customer handover.

• Battery condition should be inspected every two years as part of the vehicle service.

• The included USB-C cable can be used to recharge the battery in the vehicle.

• Following use, the repair kit must be removed from the wheel by an authorised dealership.

• The kit must not be reused after operation or once its approximate six-year shelf life has expired. Always refer to the product label.
